Assistant Vice President, Business Solutions & Customer Experience

Jesse Shultis serves as the Assistant Vice President, Business Solutions & Customer Experience for Quartz Health Solutions, Inc. In his current role, Jesse is responsible for two key strategic areas within the organization: customer experience and process improvement. In addition, he is accountable for executing the vision for the application and vendor management business functions.

Over the course of a very diverse career, Jesse held leadership and executive-level roles spanning operations, digital, customer experience and technology. With a constant eye on business simplification, Jesse led and executed various large-scale business digitization and technology transformation efforts, significantly enhancing the customer experience and promoting both top and bottom line growth.

Jesse holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business with a specialization in Management from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, CT.
