To enhance the security of our members’ health data, effective February 1, 2021, Quartz requires two-factor authentication for accessing My Quartz Tools.
When you first log in after February 1, you will be prompted to set up two-factor authentication. Please download our updated My Quartz Tools User Guide for instructions. The new User Guide will be available in My Quartz Tools after February 1.
When setting up this process, please note and save the reset code. You’ll need this code if you need to reset your two-factor authentication in the future.
Providers can now look up prior authorization criteria. Access this information by clicking on the External Links button or InterQual Connect Referral Criteria in the Quick Links section.
