The next time you visit our website, you may notice that we now have all our health plan offerings combined on one site. This includes our Quartz Medicare Advantage (HMO) plan. As your employees approach the Medicare-eligible age of 65, they’ll have easy access to explore our 5-Star plan options.
New Quartz ID Cards
Your employees should have received their new member ID cards in the mail within the past few months. The new cards have the same information needed to access plan benefits. They are sturdier now, made from plastic, not paper. When received, the old paper cards can be destroyed.
