This is what inspired us to create a Quartz MyChart mobile app and make updates to important documents like your invoices and Explanation of Benefits (EOB).

Introducing the Quartz MyChart Mobile App
The Quartz MyChart app allows you to access your health insurance information when and where you need it. What all can you do with the app? You can:
- Sign up for MyChart
- Access ID cards
- Securely Message Customer Service
- View premium billing balances (individually billed members only)
- Check claim status and Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
- Quick Links to other Quartz tools such as Find A Doctor and Quartz Well
Search “Quartz MyChart” in the App Store or the Google Play store to download the app and access your Quartz information today!
Updates to Invoices and EOBs
Using feedback provided by you, our members, we have enhanced the look and feel of both our Invoices and EOBs. While all the information is still included, we have updated the design to reflect our desire to make health insurance user friendly.
On the invoices, we’ve added an Invoice Information Box to help summarize your invoice and give an at-a-glance look at the information you need to know. To enhance your EOBs, we’ve added a new cover sheet. This cover sheet summarizes your EOB and helps explain your benefits at a high level.
