This fall, wouldn’t it be nice if health insurance was the last thing on your mind?

The Quartz Customer Experience team has a few things up our warm and fuzzy sleeves to help you with that. Using your feedback, we’ve been able to move forward with improvements to help simplify your health care. For example, we are updating how we communicate information with you, starting with the words we use. By implementing simpler language and removing unnecessary jargon, our messages to you will be crystal clear.

We are also improving our –

  • Explanation of Benefit documents
  • Welcome letters and other new member materials
  • Self-service tools like MyChart, so you can find more of the information you need quickly and without having to pick up the phone

To help us improve the Quartz experience, we’ve created a more robust feedback program. You can find more information about our surveys at QuartzBenefits.com/membersatisfaction, and if you get the chance to offer us your feedback, please do!

Every change we make is inspired by you. We want you to have useful and timely information so you can spend less time thinking about your health insurance and more time doing the fall things that you love.

We’ve got your back and we’re here if you need us, so go on and enjoy the season that brings us comfy sweaters, apple picking and pumpkin pie!
