A New Wellness Program that Points to a Healthier You

As we get closer to the launch of Quartz Well in January 2018, we are sharing more details of this personalized digital wellness program that was designed with your health and wellness goals in mind.

Healthy choices made simple

Quartz Well is an easy-to-use program you can access through your MyChart account. Quartz Well encourages healthy choices by offering points for a variety of activities and services. From your annual physical to health and wellness classes, you can earn points for preventive health care, fitness activities and health engagement.

Some of the program features include –

• Automatic points for a range of preventive services, such as immunizations through a network provider
• Points for syncing tracking devices or mobile apps
• Convenient digital platform that makes it easy to create and track health goals

Earning points has its redeeming qualities

Subscribers age 18 and older can earn $100 for single plans. Family plans offer $100 for the subscriber and $100 for the subscriber’s spouse (or domestic partner). Points can be redeemed and used for purchases on Amazon.com.

Due to overlap with the Well Wisconsin Program, the Quartz Well reward program is not available to State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program members. 

Your health plan is committed to helping you achieve your best health. Rewards for participating in a wellness program are available to members age 18 and older. If you think you might be unable to meet a standard for a reward under this wellness program, you might qualify for an opportunity to earn the same reward by different means. BadgerCare Plus members are not eligible to participate in Quartz Well.
