New Wellness Program for a New You
In January 2018, we’re launching a new, personalized digital wellness program that supports your health and wellness goals. We understand your journey to good health has its challenges, but your wellness rewards shouldn’t be one of them. This is why the Quartz Well program* was designed to reward you for taking care of yourself — whatever fitness level you’re at, wherever you are.
It all points to a healthier you
Quartz Well is an easy-to-use program that encourages healthy choices by offering points for a variety of activities and services. From taking your dog for a walk or going to the gym, you can earn points for preventive health care, fitness activities and health engagement.
Program features include –
- Automatic points for a range of preventive services, such as immunizations through a network provider
- Easy syncing with tracking devices or mobile apps to earn points for steps you take in daily activities or working out
- Convenient digital platform that makes it easy to create and track health goals
Points can be redeemed and used for purchases on Amazon.com.

Members participating in the 2017 Fitness First & More will continue earning rewards until 12/31/2017. Your health plan is committed to helping you achieve your best health. Rewards for participating in a wellness program are available to members age 18 and older. If you think you might be unable to meet a standard for a reward under this wellness program, you might qualify for an opportunity to earn the same reward by different means. Contact us at (800) 362-3310 and we will work with you (and if you wish, your doctor) to find a wellness program with the same reward that is right for you in light of your health status.
*Due to overlap with the Well Wisconsin Program our reward programs will not be available to State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program members.
