Physicians Plus Has Joined the Quartz Family

We are pleased to announce Physicians Plus Insurance Corporation has joined Unity Health Insurance (Unity) and Gundersen Health Plan (Gundersen) under the new brand name of Quartz – a new name in health insurance products and services. Quartz Health Solutions, Inc. manages, administers and supports these innovative health plans for customers in Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota and Illinois.

Local access to an integrated network of highly respected health systems

This integration allows us to improve the health and well-being of members in the communities we serve. It also allows us to broaden our offering of highly respected providers and insurance products to further meet your needs. We look forward to creating an integrated network that features our provider owners, UnityPoint Health-Meriter, UW Health and Gundersen Health System and certain independent providers.
