Learn CPR – the New Way
Did you know that there is a new way to do cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)?
A person can use CPR to help someone who stops breathing or their heart stops beating. There’s no longer mouth-to-mouth breathing CPR. The new CPR technique requires chest compressions only (experts recommend 100 chest compressions a minute or to the beat of the song, ‘Staying Alive’).
