Preventive Care Outreach
Unity Health Insurance wants to help you get the preventive care you need to stay healthy.
During the fall of each year, Unity reaches out to members who may be in need of preventive health care. You may receive a letter in the mail, phone call or MyChart message reminding you about a test or an immunization that is important to your health.
Examples of tests are cervical (Pap smear), colorectal, or breast cancer screenings (mammogram) and diabetes tests or screenings. If you are a parent of a child under age two, you may get a phone call reminding you to get your child immunized
